RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it -

Books must be unread, merchandise unused and in its original packaging, perfumes must not be open, and used and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you'll be required to post the item at your own expense, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues -
Please immediately inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damaged items require a photograph of the damage on the item, and the packaging it arrived in that also clearly shows the shipping label and order number.

Damaged Book Guidelines

Books that qualify as DAMAGED -
A tear/rip/cut or visible scratch on the front of the book/dust jacket or spine larger than 1cm

Residue or marks on the front or spine that cannot be removed and are larger than 1cm.

Dents or crushed edges bigger than 1cm

More than one ripped or bent page that affects the text on the pages

Production defects (such as a missing finish)

Books that DO NOT qualify as damaged

Light scratches, marks or residue on the back of the book/dust jacket

Scratches or unevenly sprayed edges

Small white spots or scratches on sprayed edges, bleeding onto pages, or issues with the top or bottom edge of the book

Minimal creasing on top or bottom of the book spine, dust jacket, or corners.

Wavy pages

Ripped or damaged blank pages

Damaged Perfume Guidelines

Perfumes that qualify as DAMAGED - Leaking bottles or broken seals

Loose or broken lids/spray mechanisms

Scratched, torn, or significantly damaged labels

Major scratches or cracks on the bottle

Packaging damaged in transit that affects the product’s use or display

What does NOT qualify as damaged -Minor scuffs or marks from shipping

Slight imperfections in packaging or labeling

Personal scent preference or change of mind

Opened, tested, or used products

Fading or wear from improper storage after delivery

Perfumes must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Once approved, we’ll offer a refund, store credit, or replacement (subject to stock availability).

Do not return items without approval—unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, change of mind, or special orders*.

* unless damaged. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
